Combining Tesla's publicly available service information with his studies of Chemistry at uWaterloo, he leverages his learned skills from utilizing lab manuals and research for practical applications. Induct started as a customization service in his garage, which now offers repair solutions in parts, diagnostics, and direct services.

Rob is an early adopter of EVs in the Waterloo region and an active member of the community. Through helping his friends and neighbors and his engineering background, he developed an expertise in light duty repairs (headlight, horns, seat sensors, etc.) for Tesla vehicles. He focuses on reducing customer cost and solving niche annoyances, bringing value to many owners near and far.
